Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent examination from a recognized educational board in any stream (Arts, Science, Commerce, or Vocational). English must be one of the compulsory subjects of study with basic conversational proficiency.

Year 2 Course Structure
Covers Regional & International Cuisines, Food & Beverage Control, Front Office Accounting, Hospitality Law, Hotel Accounting, and a mandatory 20-week Industrial Exposure Training (IT) in 5-star hotels.

Year 3 Course Structure
Emphasizes Advanced Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage Management, Facility Planning, Strategic Hospitality Management, Human Resource Management, Revenue Management, and a Capstone Project.
